• What is the meaning of the term 'Hiring dedicated Web Developers' ?

  Hiring of Web Developers is a method where web developers dedicatedly works for you on your projects at your conditions. They remain in regular communication with you from our development hub located in India. You are charged for their services on fortnightly advance basis.
  

• Where is your company based exactly in India?

  Our HO is located in Delhi and development hubs are based in Gujrat and Kolkata.

• By what all methods you accept the payment?

  As of now we are only accepting payments through Bank Wire Transfer.

• What is the process to get assurance that I am hiring the best developer for my need?

  We have a simple method to assure you that you have hired a right skilled developer for your projects. Once you have decided to hire developers with us, we will send you the resume of few developers matching the skill you are looking for on your selection we will held an interview with you and developers whom you can question and communicate directly before hiring. 
  

• Do you also sign a Non Disclosure Agreement?

  Yes

• What if my hired developer quits your company and project is still not finished?

  Our in-house recruitment procedure is quite dedicated to know the actual mindsets and strengths of the candidates we are about to hire, we are strict in hiring people with stable mentality and who could stick with us for long. We also have routine 'harmony hours' weekly to understand their problems, where they can talk freely and our advisers can maintain the balance. Even after all this it can happen and it happens, we are always ready to fill up such gaps with instant replacement of developer best fit for our client.

• What is your mode of communication with developers?

  In general all correspondence is done with email, Skype or any other IM as feasible, if required we also share the direct contact numbers of our developers to avoid any delay.

• How the progress of project is communicated?

  The daily progress is updated to the clients through our project management tool or the email as feasible to our client.

• Can your developers work on more than one project at the same time?

  It is completely upto you, when you have hired a developer they will work for you 8 hrs a day and assigning them one or multiple project will be your decision. We at eDimensions have no problem with that.

• What is the strength of employees in your company?

  We have a team of 50 professionals.

• If your developer is not upto the mark which I come to know after assigning the project, what will happen?

  If you are not satisfied with our developer(s) at any stage, we will request you to kindly bring that into our knowledge and we will make a quick arrangement of switching over the other developer matching the skills and after your approval of the same.

• What are the the different shifts developers work?

  At the moment there is only one shift:

  Monday to Friday - 10.30 AM to 07.00 PM IST (+5:30 GMT) / Day.

  If developer is on leave or it’s a non working day, then those hours will be adjusted for you, for the next working day.

  It simply means that you have to ONLY pay for the working hours of developer.
